Collage photo taken July 18, 2009 by Creative Indulgence Photography at the Cascade Coursing Club's AKC Lure Coursing Trial in North Bend, WA.  Hondo earned his Senior Coursing (SC) title this weekend as well as Major points towards his Field Championship title.  Saturday he won 1st in Open for a 3 point Major.  Sunday he tied for 1st, there was a run off and he came in 2nd (he doesn't like to run a 3rd time on a hot day!).  In the four Trials he's raced, placed 3rd in his first one, tied for 1st in his 2nd Trial; and then this weekend's wins.  He loves to run!

We're proud of Hondo as his first weekend of lure coursing in the Open Trial, he tied for 3rd on Saturday and tied for 1st on Sunday.  Hondo had just finished his JC title on Saturday morning and then ran again in Open that day.
We're looking forward to the next Trial in Oregon - August 8 & 9, 2009 - another event put on by the Chintimini Kennel Club.
